1) Water blast to clean all exterior surfaces
2) Mask all areas not to be painted, ie. windows, concrete, ect.
3) Caulk all areas as needed any seams or cracks using 100% acrylic latex elastomeric caulking.
Dig larger cracks out and re-stucco to ensure texture match and durability.
4) Stucco patch any areas as needed to repair damaged stucco using elastomeric stucco patch.
5) Prime all new stucco areas to seal.
6) Trench around foundation in appropriate areas.
7) TSP and Bleach any areas of mold and mildew. Add OKON booster or Aqua Seal on entire home.
8) Scrape and sand loose paint on wood. Fill any holes or cracks with proper patch compound and spot prime all new patch areas and bare wood using Dunn Edwards top quality primer.
9) Paint exterior of windows using top quality prep methods including hand scrape, hand and machine sand, full prime, full paint using Dunn Edwards top quality low-sheen paint.
10) Paint stucco using Dunn Edwards top quality paint and back roll as needed.
11) Paint retaining wall using same methods and prep as used on the rest of the stucco.
12) Unmask and clean up.
